International Shipping Outside the US*

All countries outside the United States are subject to an additional delivery charge of $8 PER ITEM, plus standard Shipping & Handling.

First Time Orders

For security and privacy purposes, first time orders at Blue Ribbon MUST be shipped to the address that is billed. This only applies to first time orders. If you have purchased here before, you may ship to an address other than the one which was billed.

Returns and Exchanges

100% Guaranteed: Just return your damaged purchase within 15 days in the original packaging for an exchange of the same title. Any returns made without a return authorization number will be refused by the warehouse, the RA# can be obtained by calling customer service at 1-877-466-2636 Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 4 PM EST.
